"An oasis in a spectacular mountain setting, the ultimate relaxing getaway. "I enjoyed the ocean view (and the sunsets) the most . As cleanliness goes, it was very clean, however there was limescale on the shower glass doors and a bit of mildew forming in the corners. Occasional cockroach appearance (due to climate) in the bathroom, but I put a few drops of clove oil (something i always carry with me) and haven’t seen any after that. The food quality was very reasonable with a wide variety to choose from. I was refused a late checkout but was offered use of a courtesy room for showering which was very helpful. Overall a good hotel. I would go back."

"Our 2nd visit to this island and to Tino’s house. We had no hesitation in choosing this property and again our stay was perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Tino’s parents were the perfect hosts, friendly without being intrusive and always on hand if needed. The gifts of fresh fruit and eggs were greatly appreciated and enjoyed. We’ve rebooked to return in 6 months time!"

"This hotel is a dream. It has everything you can wish for located in a paradise resort. The botanical garden is in itself a marvel surrounding the various swimming pools. There is a gym, bowling alley, diving club, tennis, billiard, hiking on the hill at the back of the hotel with exceptional views. The breakfast buffet is diverse, fresh and even has a gluten free/vegan option with various smoothies. It is close to the beach where you can snorkel among coloured fish in the beautiful Puerto de Mogan. There is entertainment in the evening and various restaurants in the hotel itself. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with courtyards that have waterfalls, beautiful trees & flowers. The staff are very friendly and professional and you even have free indoor parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family as the best hotel on the island."

The hotel is set in a beautiful valley just steps away from the beach, surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and views that make you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem on the island. 🏨 Rooms: Our room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. It added an extra level of fun and adventure to the trip! The pools were well-maintained, and the entire complex felt safe and 🌞 Location: The beach is right there, and there are lovely walking paths and nearby attractions in Puerto de Mogán and beyond. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is a great base to start from. "Amazing hotel for relaxing holiday , make sure you book essential all inclusive, it will give you access to a different restaurant to have breakfast and dinner , food was delish , great choice and good selection, beautiful views from junior suite rooms on higher floors , staff is super friendly . I don’t say that often , but I would definitely return . It was amazing stay !!! "
