"Elevator was too slow and bathroom too small. Toilet roll quality was shocking. Need more training to Front Staff / Reception of the 1st Floor one. Need more competency and courtesy manners. "

"Staff were very friendly, spoke English, and organised a taxi. Very near Gambi train station. Comfy bed, shower had hot water. Drinking water available. Air con noisy, but acceptable, kept the room cool. Food, shop and bar nearby. "

"I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired. Ask for iron also takes so long, it seems they only have one item and i should waiting from another guest almost 30mins. However their room really spacious "

"Very good for the price. Generally clean, nice room. When I entered the room the first time, it smelt stuffy but other than that inconvenience, others are fine (for the price). Bed okay, facilities are ok."

"I'll admit the value for money was good and location was ok. The photos made the room look a little better than it was. I don't believe the room was thouroughly cleaned. There was a balcony but it was tiny. Only room for a mop or could stand there. The most annoying part for me was needing to install an app for booking. Convulted process. The apps in indonesian and I'm not yet fluent. Had to speak to different people for check in and check out etc. Ok stay but won't rush to do it again."
