"Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. "Our family spent a month in Vietnam and Cambodia and used Solaria Hotel as our base, and stayed here on 3 separate occasions. Incredible location with easy access to anything you want to do. The rooms were excellent, breakfast was delicious ( beef pho in particular), massages were lovely and more. We travel internationally a lot, and this hotel by far has the best staff we have ever met. They are generous with their suggestions and go out of their way to make your stay in Hanoi and yes Vietnam too as perfect as it can be. In particular Liam and Susan. Susan always had the best suggestions of things we should do. And Liam helped organize cars, tours and more as we navigated Vietnam. We would have been lost without him. His kindness was boundless.
