I don’t normally write reviews, even though I stay in hotels most weeks for one night.
This hotel is a home! It has homely comforts. The owners care about their guest. I will no longer be hunting for a hotel when I’m in this area! I have found a beautiful safe place to visit.
My second visit, and it was just as fantastic as the first visit, what a beautiful place, nothing was too much trouble, really loved stopping there again. Thank you
Very friendly welcome and nice room (the Ivory). Lovely breakfast at large communal table. The other guests were very pleasant. Only down side was one morning when there was no hot water from the shower. Proprietor said someone else must have been using at same time. However would recommend for a nice B and B stay.
It's a charming 19th century house on a large attractive country property that's still close to several restaurants in nearby Emsworth. The proprietor, Ian, was very hospitable and made us feel very welcome.
