"My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Miami at the Sherry Frontenac. We booked a deluxe oceanfront room with a balcony, and the view was absolutely stunning. The room was clean, fresh-smelling, and well maintained, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. While the hallways are a bit dated and could use new carpeting, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. This isn’t a brand-new hotel—it was built in 1947—and its vintage charm is part of what makes it special. Parking was easy and affordable. We parked two blocks away at O’Connell Boathouse for just $5 a day using the ParkMobile app, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, our stay was absolutely worth the money, and we had a fantastic time. The breakfast was decent, and there’s a boardwalk just beyond the property that’s perfect for a stroll. One of my favorite parts of the trip was the few cats around the property—I adored them and even brought a little treat for them each day. I also noticed some guests complaining about not receiving fresh towels daily, but I simply hung mine up to reuse, just like I do at home. All in all, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would gladly return."

"Beach was amazing except that one of the kids working on the beach told a couple that they couldn’t be there sitting in the lawn chairs but that talked him out of it because they “live there” in Miami. They changed the vibes of the environment and not in a good way. Other than that the hotel was beautiful, the staff attentive except don’t call for room service, they won’t come help you. Would stay there again. "

"There was no staff to check me in!! A couple said their room lock was broken! I got so freaked out when I left!! I wasted the money"

"Room was clean with comfortable bed. Kitchenette which was nice but hoping fridge to be a bit larger. Parking in front was hard backing up due to being on curb. "

"Hidden fees everywhere! They take $500 right when you check in and apply fees to everything. Parking-both valet and self-service is very expensive. They add 20% tip onto the food bills in Miami, check before you tip. There were only 2 working elevators (this was stated on the site) but they took forever. It was an issue. rooms were a little dated, but the suite was very big and well equipped. Furniture was very uncomfortable, but the bed was good. The pool was very basic but close to the beach. Beach was great and they offered free chairs (umbrellas for $25).Food and beverages were pricey. Most staff was friendly except the front desk staff. Frankly, it was very okay, if it weren't for the large room suite and the beach I would have been disappointed, not sure it was worth the big dent in our wallets. Also, a lot more activities closer to South Beach and traffic was really tough."
