"Loved the location, away from the hustle of the city but only 30 minutes from Old San Juan and 30 minutes the other direction to El Yunque. The condo beach was perfect and many times we were to only ones there! Brenda checked in a handful of times during our 7 day stay and about a week before our trip, she sent a packet of information about Puerto Rico with her favorites restaurants, nearby beaches and local favorites. My only suggestion to the information is that the distance/times be updated. The more local places were listed as within 5-10 minutes but really took closer to 30 or more. Not a big deal though as we knew ahead of time due to GPS. Our family of 5 enjoyed the rooftop terrace. The in room AC worked great. Kitchen was decently stocked but we have definitely had much better - pans not great, only one pan sat flat on the stove. Would have really appreciated having a grill on the rooftop patio to avoid cooking inside. Also comfortable beds, slept well. Felt very safe. Definitely would recommend!"

"Suzanne's place was fantastic! It was very spacious for our family of four, with plenty of seating and comfortable lounge areas. The rooftop terrace was wonderful, and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean.We really appreciated the full beach setup with chairs, towels, a cooler, and more. The private beach was just a short walk away and had plenty of shade to relax under.Communication with Suzanne was easy and prompt throughout our stay. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property."

"Positives: A/C Unit in every room, clean, gated with excellent security, washer and dryer in the unit was nice to have, rooftop made for some nice views, host communicated quickly when messaged, no real issues our entire stay. Negatives: Nothing that is controllable by the host; There’s a rattle coming through the bathroom vent that is pretty much making noise nonstop even through the night. The beach isn’t what you’d think of as a swim spot, very rocky, more of just a viewing area. The location wasn’t great for us. We had to travel quite a bit to get to our activities but that’s on us for not doing more research. Overall: would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!"

Loiza Condo w/ Rooftop Patio - Walk to Beach!

"There is an issue with the AC They have timers and motion sensors that time out very quick. We came in July and unfortunately, the system couldn’t cool down. We ended up calling the next morning needed something to change. Once we were able to override the timers and cool the space down, we were able to enjoy all aspects of this space.Lots of beach amenities available; a large washer and dryer. Community pools and a security guard in this gated community.Layout of the place was amazing.Our point of contact Justo was wonderful! He was very helpful with the AC, great check in/ out.Negatives: 1. The beaches nearby are not ones we wanted to swim in; lots of sorghum seaweed.2. This part of PR has little to ... consider that when booking. We drove further than we realized (we stayed for 2 weeks at 4 locations). This one was the least convenient to our plans. 3. Random, but they didn’t have pots or pans. We struggled to cook with just plates/toaster oven."
