"Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day"

"The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. "

"We stayed here for 8 nights during our visit to Luquillo. We loved the location as it’s a short walk to the beach. Wonderful coffee shop across the street. Great restaurants within walking distance. Prompt response for any requests made. It does get a little loud at night, however, provided ear plugs did the trick. Also, bed was very comfortable. We hope to return. Thank you for a memorable vacation. "

The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!! We actually booked for the lounge net area, and it did not disappoint!! **Downfalls [we understand that somethings are out of anyones control so more of a FYI] -There was nothing "comfy" about the house. It is all cement: bed frame, entire bathroom so...
