"Family of 7 in 3 bedroom 2 bath. Checked in late (9PM) due to car rental line (Avis) and dinner service (island time!!). Room had not been cleaned. Contacted Alonso, who responded immediately. Gave us access to another room while this one was cleaned. The maid and her husband (not the one who hadn’t done her job) left a party to take care of our room. Things like this happen and Alonso and his staff stepped up to rectify. Excellent service. Property is about 20 years old, looks like the pictures. Undergoing cosmetic (paint) renovations at this time. Grounds are well kept, pool was always clean. Animals seen on property included a nest of green parrots, iguanas, and lots of stray dogs and cats. No restaurant or vending machines on site. A few markets close by. Must bring toileteries including toilet paper and at very least bottled water. Location was great for our plans, about 30 min from San Juan, El Yunque, Laguna Grande Fajardo (bioluminescent, look it up) and many beaches. Neighborhood was generally quiet. RECAP: Alonso was courteous, had excellent communication and quickly resolved any issues. Staff were all polite and professional. Property was well managed. "

"Absolutely amazing stay and top notch amenities. We arrived very late due to late flight and pizza/wine/soda was waiting for us. It was so thoughtful! Condo was impeccable. Grounds were meticulous and so much to do! The hotel was being renovated down the road but you’d never know. There was a golf outing one day, but didn’t affect us. 10 stars!!"

"Check-in info given the day of arrival (the host told me this so communication was great!) lock box with code and 1 set of keys. Padlock for gate for security. House was immaculately cleaned. Bonus points for extra towels, beach towels, high chair, pack and play crib, 3 beach chairs, a beach wagon for hauling our gear to Luquillo Beach, good kayaks with life jackets for the beach near the house, a countertop ice maker (get bottled water for the ice machine and for drinking), good washer(soap provided), and dryer located in small building outside- third bathroom with shower is out there as well. Little things like a few games, a new sponge, sharp knives, clean cutting boards, nice cookware, paper towels, trash can liners, plenty of toilet paper and basic spices. We loved the patio areas with all the seating- even a domino/scrabble table. A rooftop deck was super nice to catch a bit of the water view. And the pool was AMAZING. We loved the in pool loungers. We really enjoyed the property. "

"The host and property manager, Dianna, were always available to assist and answer any questions we had. They were truly excellent. We stayed as a party of seven, six adults and one child, and the villa was perfectly suited for our group. The property was exceptionally well stocked and by far the most well-equipped vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need was provided and each shower was also stocked with full-size body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The included golf cart was amazing. There is a quiet pool directly across from the villa, which was lovely, but we spent most of our time at the beach pool area. We stayed during a transition period when the property was shifting from the St. Regis to the Four Seasons, so a few amenities were temporarily closed. That said, it was actually very nice because the resort was not crowded. The beach club pool area is beautiful and immaculately kept. There is a bar and restaurant (closed for most of our stay), and the service was excellent. A lifeguard was always on duty. The pool is not heated but towels, sunscreen, and lemon water were always provided. There is an adults-only pool area on the upper level and a family pool on the lower level. If you love nature, this place is truly a dream. The grounds are beautifully established and maintained with an incredible level of care. There is an on-site animal sanctuary."
