"Beautiful property, excellent service, everyone we engaged with were professional yet friendly and personable. Everything was clean yet updated and modern. Amazing amenities. My only critique is related to dining. The two dinner options were a bit too fussy. Simpler menu options would be very welcomed. And obviously the dining prices from breakfast to dinner were $$$$ but aside from that it was an amazing resort that our family loved. "

"Great Stay at Villa Mango for the whole family (us, kids, grand parents)! We stayed there for a week. The property was nice and clean and modern. Great location in the Bahia Beach Resort property. We used the boat house for bike/kayak rentals and kids water obstacle course. Took the golf cart to use the gym(had a peloton and weights). Also spent a lot of days at the Bahia Beach Club pool. Kids and I enjoyed boogie board rentals and surf boards lessons there. Also fairly close to El Yunque rain forest which we had some great hikes at. We hired a chef to bring us dinners for 4 nights, but also there are good restaurants around Luquillo Beach that we went to as well. Overall a great stay!"

"Listing sleeps 8 and claimed a "fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances" yet there were 4 spoons, 5 bowls, 6 dinner plates, a set of pots too small to cook noodles for more than 2 people at a time, and no baking sheets/pans of any kind so the oven was unusable even to cook frozen pizza. The bottom of the oven is literally rusted out and one of the main stove burners only went to HIGH regardless of temp knob setting - and then did not turn off when the dial was returned to OFF! Had to jiggle the dial vigorously before it finally clicked off. I reported this safety hazard and was asked not to use that burner anymore. No one came to fix or disable the burner. Only one bed was made up with sheets and blankets when we arrived despite registering 5 people; only one small washcloth was hanging in each bathroom with no bath towels at all. When I complained and more sheets were delivered, there were only enough for a second room, not all 3. One of the bunkbeds was broken and sharp, rusty rod was exposed.No beach key was left in the apartment and the code for the lockbox outside had to be reset before we could access it so we lost our first 2 days of walking to the beach rather than driving. Additionally, our reservation information was not shared with Aquatika in a timely enough manner for them to be prepared for our arrival so we were forced to wait outside the gate for 45mins when we arrived. When I asked for a refund Otium stopped communicating entirely."
