Staff, clean room, everything the best

We were well looked after in our week long stay in this hotel. It is convenient for all the main attractions nearby, and the staff and management were very courteous and helpful. They went well above the call of duty at times, and did their absolute best to help us in whatever way they could. We were sorry to say goodbye, but we made some good friends during our stay. Wonderful swimming pool, good and spacious rooms with balconies, comfortable beds, breakfast is fine, spa is excellent

Amazing service and breakfast, wonderful sea view

Overall, the hotel is nice and comfortable. However, if you enjoy drinking espresso, be aware that they are charged separately at breakfast, and there is no coffee machine in the room, which was a bit disappointing. The indoor pool is a nice feature, but the water is a little on the cool side. The gym is available and clean, although not very large. The breakfast is good. All in all, a pleasant stay, with a few small details that could be improved.

Magnificent views of the Bosphorus from InterContinental Istanbul's rooftop City Lights Bar and restaurant - not to be missed. The bedrooms are a good size and were spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Great location near Takism square and metro
