I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Our room was very clean. Housekeeping came round every day. Shower facilities were very clean. If I was to add anything it would be some outside seating area.

Budget-friendly hotel in a convenient location near the M9 and Falkirk attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the shared kitchen was useful. Rooms and bathrooms are basic and could be cleaner, but fine for a short, low-cost stay.

This is the most inexpensive stay in the area. Kind of hard to get to if you don't have a car. We had a shared bathroom, which was a pain in the butt. But a lot cheaper than anything near Edinburgh.

Definitely pet friendly. Bedding was clean and room secure. For the price paid (average less than half the others within a 50 mile radius) you expect a few niggles, but nothing that would stop me staying again. Ideal base for Kelpies, Falkirk Wheel, and train to Edinburgh (in Fringe season). Ideal for a one or two night stopover, which is probably why it is so popular with tradespeople. Very good value for money.

Staff were friendly. Hotel is very basic no frills. The room was dirty blind was all ripped carpet was all stained frame of bed was filthy walls all marked gap in the door toilets were more like portaloos but they do have en suite rooms

The experience based on the price was amazing. We paid for a room with a shower but we didn't use it since we left the window open because it was hot. The bed wasnt great but the staff gave us and extra blanket for my wife to use for more comfort. The hotel is next to 2 good restaurants and was a nice 30-45 minute walk to stores or the train. Would come back again.
