"We got a room with tje view of both falls. Generally very nice . Didn’t gave a lot of interaction with staff but the few we had were great. The parking is a bit of scam as it is $100 for valet and 75 for self parking at the hotel. The offsite parking is 45 which is 20 over what they charge at casino across the street. So you drive off the resort and they charge you 20 extra to pay at the hotel!!!"

"This place is awesome if you have kids. Truly a magical couple of days for the wee ones. The thing I liked the most was the relative lack of phones. The resort gives each person a wristband to pay for things and access their room, meaning a very blessed few days with few people tapping and scrolling in my vicinity…seriously, the only people with phones are the ones who just can’t help it and bring plastic pouches so they can scroll while at the waterpark, or anyone who booked a “private cabana” which essentially is just a scrolling zone. It was great to see families having fun together at the many different experiences spread around the hotel. The rooms are good and everything is up to standard. The staff in particular were incredible. Highly recommended for families, especially with kids between 7-12 years old."

"Great location to see the Falls. Asked several times for connecting rooms. Checked in and did not have connecting rooms. Called the front desk, we would of had to move floors and get King beds instead of 2 queens in each room. Said nevermind and maple rhe most of it. This request was made via Expedia and the Marriotr site."
