"We ended up checking in really late and it was nice to receive a text to alert the front desk person. Room was clean, stocked with toiletries and tea. You did have to get your water from specific floors but that was no big deal to us. "

"Room are clean and nice the only think is i booked king bed and they gave us queen bed room also you have no option to book the high floor bedroom online we were at 15th floor it’s not bad but would love to be on the upper level , check in is 4pm the line was crazy we waited on line one hour to checkin , checkout was easy "
