"We spent four nights in a Superior Triple Room, all-inclusive, and had an incredible time. The resort is vast, the food is incredible and the staff are very helpful. There is a genuine effort to offer food that is fresh, varied as well producing local delicacies. Although there is a shuttle bus frequently to Syracuse, we chose to spend all of our time within the resort alternating our time from the two wonderful pools and the beach. We would come back in a heartbeat and are interested in what other VOI resorts are available. It's worth noting that their season truly begins from 1st June meaning there are more activities from this date nevertheless we still enjoyed children's entertainment din late May despite their official season not starting quite yet. It's also worth noting that food and drink from the beach facility is excluded even if you have chosen all inclusive. 10/10 would go again!!!"

"This is the perfect place for a Sicilian getaway, minutes away from the magical Ortigia Island in Siracusa and some of the most beautiful beaches Sicily has to offer. Also close to other amazing towns to visit such as Noto, Modica, Ragusa, Scicli and Marzameni to name a few. Very accessible to the highway to Catania, Taormina and Mt. Etna. The property itself consists of 6 extremely spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. All very clean and modern. The kitchen had everything you needed for a snack or any meal with a spacious dining area. The pool and the grounds are immaculate. We were a party of 12 and we were very comfortable.The most important thing worth noting was our gracious host Salvo. From the time I made the reservation until we left he was available for any question or concern with quick and helpful answers. Salvo portrays what's best about Sicilians. He is very kind, generous and full of important information about the area and beyond. You can ask him anything. He made us reservations for amazing restaurants and at those places we were treated like royalty. He even arranged a local chef to prepare us dinner at the property. Above and beyond our hosts hospitality, he helped us out with a medical emergency in the middle of the night. He drove us to an urgent care and then to the ER. He spoke for us and the issue was resolved. I've never seen such kindness and caring from a host. Salvos was our guardian angel that night and will remain a dear friend. Paul S"

"This is a fabulous old style hotel brought up to date in a really good location for Ortigia. The rooftop restaurant and terrace have a beautiful view and breakfast has a very large choice and is very good. The staff are extremely attentive and all seem to have the freedom to chat to guests like human beings and not "5 star robots". A welcome change."

"Wonderful location in Ortigia. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the sea. We could hear the waves at night. Be aware that there is no elevator; reception is one flight of stairs above the street and rooms above that. The staff helped us bring our luggage upstairs, however. There is no parking at the hotel. The public lot is about 500 meters away and it’s €25 a day."
