"It was nice staying at the hotel, but there was limited staff and not enough warning about restaurants and shops being closed on Sunday, including food delivery. The hotel accommodation was pleasant, but the hotel was isolated and the entrance caused problems for taxi hire. The one-way road was inconvenient and the room was near a noisy main road, so ear-plugs were an essential travel item. "The hotel and rooms are very nice. Also the park itself is very well designed. The apartments are really spacious. The things we did not like: the dinner buffet is extremely busy and some time during dinner time there’s a kids show in front of the restaurant which is extremely loud and annoying. The other thing we did not like is that the hotel is extremely family friendly, which is fine if that’s your thing, but I don’t want to be bothered by someone else’s screaming kids constantly. "We loved our stay at the resort. We stayed in Las Villas which I would highly recommend. Great for peace and quiet, but can also enjoy the rest the resort has to offer. Lots of good restaurants and bars with some good entertainment. We weren’t a fan of the beach, but personal preference we enjoyed the resort pools much more. "
