Quiet hotel, walking distance to restaurants and great staff

I liked almost everything; the hotel is small but very cozy, and located not far from the city center, 5 minutes from the Independence Monument. Surprisingly, the cleaning was done every day, the breakfasts offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent all around, with two exceptions - 1) staff don't respond to text messages quickly enough, and 2) they don't leave enough coffee and tea bags in the unit on day to day basis.

Our room with 2 double beds had a tiny window so we upgraded to a room with a king size bed and 2 small balconies (extra charge) - spotless, full of light and airy. We appreciated the fridge on each floor with free water bottles and the endless supply of macintosh apples; the breakfast menu was ok - the great surprise was there was also a dinner menu included! It was minimal but very good! The staff was very helpful, attentive and responsive, we loved staying there!
