The whole hotel experience was fantastic. Reception was quick and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was dark and quiet during the night. Air con worked (which is unusual in hotels to be honest). The bar and late night food were great and breakfast was fabulous.

"The breakfast room is beautiful - right on the lake-side. There was building work going on, so trying to work from the room was a little frustrating due to the noise. I also found a bug in my room.
