"We booked a last minute girls weekend over labor day. The Palms at Fire Island providesd a beautiful experience! Our room was ready upon check-in, 3 hours early! The hotel kept in contact with us via text the entire experience, towels, bikes ,beach accessories, water, whatever we needed was immediate attended to. "I was a little worried about having a shared bathroom situation in a hotel, but it turned out to be totally fine! They were clean and large and felt pretty private. The owner, Tyler, was super sweet to me and allowed me to refrigerate my wine! He was extremely accomodating overall and has the cutest dog. "I was so pleasantly surprised how wonderfully adorable this place is. Location is amazing too. Initially difficult to communicate with the "owner" via VRBO just to get an address, but got it finally. Made me a little nervous. It's like a bunch of cabanas attached but very private, kitchenette with plenty of room, nice views (I wasnt on the bay, but could see it and spotless clean.
