"From the warm welcome on arrival to the departure we had an excellent all round experience at Birchwood Pitlochry. We were in room 3 which had two lovely seating areas & appreciated having this extra space in our room to relax. The lounge area downstairs was also a very nice place to sit & we could choose to eat an evening meal here or in the dining room. The breakfast highlights included granola, yogurt & compote pots & Paul's fantastic hot breakfasts - best french toast ever!!! Evening meals here were also excellent & I would highly recommend eating in. Very comfortable, relaxed surroundings with a minor negative being the low shower pressure BUT accepted as a 'quirk' of an older property and would not stop me from coming back as overall a fantastic stay - thank you both Dean & Paul. Ps. could not miss mentioning Paul's superb popcorn and tiffin on the guests treat table!!!"

"Lovely family 2 night stay. Free parking. The pool , jacuzzi,sauna,gym were good. Rooms a bit cold, but portable radiators were provided. If you book dinner, bed and breakfast you are restricted to a separate 3 course menu, with no option to choose from other menu without being charged. A better idea would be allowance from normal menu. All in all a good stay with good staff."
