Unfortunately I was disappointed to find the sports bar area closed for the duration of my staff without being informed at the time of booking. I booked this hotel for the pool/snooker area as there’s nothing else close by in walking distance. If I had been aware of this closure I’d of booked elsewhere, very disappointing communication as it was a special birthday celebration and we sat in the room and had to watch tv instead.

The need to have ID for every adult in the flat for "health and safety" reasons is ridiculous. The flat itself was very nice though.

We loved our stay here! Everywhere was spotless, the room was cozy and the bed comfortable. I loved the pool, and was pleased there was a sauna in the room and that the pool had an in-built jacuzzi.
