"The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. "Our stay was very enjoyable and the staff very good unfortunately breakfast was a bit disorganised. Hollie was a lovely girl and explained everything but my husband's breakfast order went wrong and instead of eggs royal he ended up with eggs Florentine. On the second day I ordered two poached eggs and gluten free toast but had to ask after about twenty minutes if it was going to arrive and it did about another five minutes later so I assumed it had been forgotten. Apart from that mishap out stay was very nice."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Landing. Communication was great with Lisa. The house was spotless and well equipped throughout. The beds were very comfortable and the house is well located in the centre of town with the added bonus of parking. It was also very quiet. As mentioned elsewhere the shower needs updating as does the information pack. However, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed in Hythe and would happily stay again."

"We had a good time in Hythe and at Whispering Waves during our recent stay. The location is excellent, and the property is charmingly decorated with a unique flair. It had everything we needed for our few days away. The sofas in the open-plan lounge were very comfortable, as were the beds, and the kitchen was well equipped. However, we did have one concern regarding the sunken bathtub, which has deep steps that are difficult to navigate. Adding a handrail would improve safety."

"2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids had a brilliant stay. There was plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms and a brilliant large kitchen table to eat and play games on. The hot tub was a real hit, and the fire pit at the end of the garden was great for toasting marshmallows. Location was excellent for walking to the beach, high street and to Waitrose along the peaceful canal. Would highly recommend!"
