"We were in a very pleasant, clean room with en suite and there were nice extras added e.g. dressing gowns, slippers, bottles of water. The breakfasts were excellent.... a good choice of options and, where applicable, cooked perfectly. Welcoming and friendly hosts. The beach is just a short walk away. We would definitely go back again to this property."

"The pod had everything we needed. The kichen was like home from home. The pod was very clean and comfy. There is plenty of room inside the pod. We ate at the Manor Court restaurant. The food was lovely. Especially the pizzas! The location is fabulous. Less than 10 mins drive into Bridlington. 15 mins drive to Flamborough. "

"The gents running the house were very welcoming and friendly. The room was fine with a good comfy bed . The breakfast was lovely, just ask if you want anything else or different. Good location for the train station and the theatre, would happily stay again."

"I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even...

"Location couldn't have been better - a couple of minutes from the Spa, where I was trading. Flat was also on ground floor, handy as I had a lot to carry. Flat itself was fine, pleasantly decorated, and had good facilities. Only 2 problems - no proper lights so I could do work in evenings; and couldn't get radiators to work till last morning, so cool weekend (they did get hot water fixed quickly; but not heating)."

"The owners are very friendly and helpful, and are also very nice people. Everything is spotless. Beds are very comfortable and warm. Breakfast is really excellent. Restaurant meals are also really good. The area is really quiet and peaceful. Plenty of private car parking. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Bathroom really small hand basin no cold water bed was lumpy sofo was broken narrow stairwell thought i had asked for easy access no where to sit outside awkward access into property my girlfriend struggled to get in and struggled upstairs and water pipes running across top of a plug socket"
