"The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent."

"Before even arriving at this property I was made to feel unwelcomed, anxious and stressed. The property has damages to which we have videos and they are now stating that we have caused this and is attempting to charge us for these damages, the fridge was dirty and there was molding food products left in cupboards. "It is a good place for a short stay. It seems some rooms are tiny. I got a small room which is only enough to put a double bed. My advice is to confirm the room size before you book. "

"Property owner double book property on other website offering same services (can’t name it cause it won’t let me submit a review) and try to make up some lies literally one hour before I suppose to be able to get into the flat to justify why property is no longer available. If you gonna look on reviews of this property on that other website this is not the first time property owner pulled such a move. Don’t book or he will likely stitch you up same way he did to me!"

Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"This amazing canal boat was the highlight of our trip to England! We were amazed at how nice and clean it was. Dinner at the pub nearby was excellent and morning coffee on the deck was a truly wonderful experience. Enjoying canal life for a day was a pleasure, we will definitely stay again on our next trip."
