Top Flax Bourton Hotel Reviews

Hampton by Hilton Bath City
8/10 Good
"Good selection for breakfast. Housekeeping needs attention. Staff are kind and knowledgable"

Future Inn Bristol
10/10 Excellent
"Always a good stay. Staff very friendly, food really tasty and great selection at the bar.
Plenty of choices for breakfast and evening meals, for adults and children alike.
Check in first around the back, then park in the multistorey at Cabot Circus. Easy! Price included in room cost. Hotel was busy (Easter hols) but quiet inside room. Air con quite noisy but not an issue. White noise...
Traffic noise can take time to get used to if you're not from a city, but it drops off quite soon after 11pm, we found.
Very happy to stay here and will do again.
Central, accessible and felt well looked after."

Apex City of Bath Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Room quiet and well appointed. Bathroom excellent and comparable to 5/6* offerings. "

Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel was great, clean, professional staff. The only issue I had was on check out when I discovered a £6.70 (12.5%) service charge for 2 meals and 2 drinks in the restaurant as I had charged it to my room. "

Majestic Hotels Bristol
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel location is excellent for city centre, parking conveniently 3 mins walk (£22 for 24hrs). Hotel staff friendly & welcoming, room was massive, clean & has everything you need, stayed on 11th floor overlooking the city.
Only 2 minor gripes, there are no usb or plug sockets near the bed and the hotel bar had just recently reopened but was poorly stocked.
Will definitely be staying again "

The Old Mill Hotel
8/10 Good
"Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and although the bathroom seemed a little worn it was very clean. Breakfast was ok. The rooms we had were an upgrade from the ones we booked, I think. The hotel was situated in a lovely area, with walking available along the river and the canal, and a couple of villages close by, containing decent pubs and restaurants. I would stay there again."

Clayton Hotel Bristol City
4/10 Poor
"Complained about the air con ticking constantly in our room (720) for the guy behind the reception to laugh at me. He stood there like he wasn’t going to do anything. I asked if we could switch rooms, upgrade rooms .. nothing. He told me we would have someone come to the room and look .. again, nothing. Was given one free drink voucher, again laughing as he handed it to me.
Night one bar man was lovely.
Night two bar staff completely different story. Rude and unprofessional. When using cocktail voucher, very rudely and abruptly told we had to have the same cocktail. Which is fine. These two bar staff then were discussing other staff members whilst serving us .. instead of making polite small talk with their customers.
Then went to use our free drinks token. For the girl behind the bar to sigh and roll her eyes when my mum got to the bar. Again, talking amongst her colleague she said “I could get my jobs done when I stop serving” this made us feel as if we were a nuisance and shouldn’t be using the area.
So listened to an air con tick for two nights. And questionable staff."

The Gainsborough Bath Spa
10/10 Excellent
"The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were consistently polite and helpful throughout our stay. The spa was exceptional—it felt like a truly special experience. The bar was a little on the expensive side, but there are plenty of pubs within easy walking distance. I would definitely return"

The Bristol Hotel
8/10 Good
"Rooms were clean and a good size, bathroom nice with a good shower "
