"The room appeared clean overall, but the linens for the sofa bed were stained, so we had to request a replacement set. The room also did not include a microwave and only had one TV, which was a bit inconvenient. Another unusual aspect was the layout, the sink and mirror were located outside of the bathroom, which offered very little privacy when sharing the room with others."

"There was a hockey team, cheer or gymnastics team. Kids ran up and down until 1am. The pool was closed Saturday for some chemical filtering. I wanted high floor but was on 6th floor. I was on the side of a highway in which I could hear the cars. Underneath pullout couch was a sick, a cookie and other crumbs. The heating system made noise all night until I got up and turned off and then we were cold. The bartender did not know how to make a good Long Island. I had to pay $30 for 2 nights for parking. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. This was the most horrible experience I ever experienced at a Embassy hotel or any hotel. Staff should hold the customers accountable for their kids. Never again will I go to this hotel again. "
