Ottimo B&B a Firenze

Stanza molto grande, bagno in camera, pulito e confortevole, letto molto comodo e c'è l'aria condizionata. La posizione del b&b è ottima per spostarsi ovunque. Proprietario molto simpatico e cordiale, ci ha aspettato senza problemi nonostante fossimo arrivati un po' in ritardo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, but we booked a property with parking included and parking was not available on the premises. Also the bathroom was outside the room. The description of these amenities should be clearer. I sorted Expedia by free parking, breakfast and bathroom attached. Only properties which include these amenities should be displayed...makes sense?

Lovely B&B

As others have said, this place is great! If you're a sensitive sleeper, earplugs are a must as is probably the case everywhere in Florence. Parking was difficult to find and seeing the condition of local cars I would rather park somewhere in a garage since you have to pay on the street anyway. Our car was fine after three days though. I would definitely stay here again as the place and owners are lovely!

Very cozy room and really friendly and helpful host. A little far from the citycenter but there were many busses within a short walking distance 😊 definitely will book again if traveling to Florence again!

Bien noter le coté B&B, une cuisine mais pas le droit de s'en servir, il n'y a même pas un micro-onde pour réchauffer la pizza. Du coup repas du midi et soir : froid ou cru !! Ensuite pas de bol, nous avions une chambre avec la salle de bain indépendante dans le couloir commun, fermée à clé pour préserver nos affaires....très pratique pour les "pipis nocturnes" Sinon les propriétaires sont accueillants, gentils à noter les petits déjeuners sont léger : un malheureux petit beurre par personne et heureusement que j'avais du pain en réserve.

Good B&B

Nice and quick 1 night stay. A bit off city center but still walking distance (20min). Very clean room. Good restaurants suggestions from the hosts. Only cash payment accepted. Simple but ok breakfast. Free parking available is on street side and need to search quite a bit to find a space.

Great place. Feels like an improved home. Loved it

It was amazing. Feels like home!!! Only a few minutes in the bus (1.5 eur) from the center of the city. The main advantage is that there are no loud tourist around you. Had a great time. As someone who travel a lot it was really nice to find a place that feels like home and not like a US chain hotel. You can make yourself a nice cup of high quality coffee or tea in the nearby kitchen. Use the porch!!! Very large room. I had a car and the owner showed me a 5 min walk free parking

The hosts came at midnite to let us in when our flight was delayed. They were very kind to come in at that time (travelers should know there is An additional cost involved.)

Nice B&B a little bit outside the historical part

It was a pleasure to stay at the B&B. The Couple, who runs the place, was very kind and showed us the must- see places on a map, that we got for free. If we come back to florence again, we will absolutely stay there again.

Allt var super; rent, god frukost, snälla ägare. Det var dock inte så centralt som vi hade trott. Tog ca 35-40 min att gå till katedralen. Fanns dock bussar så hade kunnat gått snbbare om man vill betala. Absolut värt pengarna.

wunderbares B&B zum Wohlfühlen

Zentrumsnah (ca. 10 Min. mit dem Bus) gelegen und doch weg vom Touristenrummel, können wir dieses B&B wärmstens empfehlen. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind neu, schön eingerichtet, die Betten sind gut, und es hat alles, was man sich auch von einem Hotelaufenthalt gewohnt ist. Zudem kann man sich in der schönen Wohnküche einen Kaffee kochen (jedoch keine Mahlzeiten). Das war für uns perfekt, so waren wir nicht nur auf das Zimmer beschränkt, man fühlte sich wie in einer Wohnung. Der äusserst freundliche Vermieter wohnt nicht vor Ort, sondern in der Nähe. Er gab uns viele Informationen und Tips und war uns in allem behilflich. Das Schönste für uns war, dass wir 2 Velos brauchen durften - damit fuhren wir an einem Tag in die Stadt, und am Abend dann zum Sonnenuntergang auf die Piazza Michelangelo; an einem anderen Abend machten wir eine Velotour nach Fiesole hinauf, wiederum mit Sonnenuntergang und grossartiger Aussicht über die Stadt, am besten zu bewundern: vom Hauptplatz aus die kleine steile Strasse hinauf (dort auch ein Restaurant mit Aussicht). Der Vermieter servierte uns ein herrliches Morgenessen, reichhaltig, auch mit Früchten, Müesli und Joghurt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Vielen herzlichen Dank, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im chez-moi sehr genossen!

The room was spacious and clean. In-the-room bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. I think what ruined my overall experience at this place where mainly two issues: 1- Terrible WIFI connection. We couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi during our stay. When, I complained about that they explained that sometimes the internet disconnects and there's a button on the router that we have to press to reset the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, they forgot to explain this when we checked-in and we suffered the consequences. If this happens frequently, they should print a note explaining the procedure to reset the Wi-Fi and post this note on every room. Or even a better idea...they should invest in better hardware to eliminate this problem from the root! 2- Their credit card system rejected 5 of our credit cards! When we checked-in, they asked me if I new the "security code" of my credit card because sometimes they have problems when they want to charge the stay to a credit card. So, at the time of check-out, they enter all the credit card info into their system on their phone and it was rejected. It didn't even ask for security code or anything. We try a second time, same thing! Then, I decide to try a different credit card, this time their phone system requested the last four digits of my social security number and my zip code, so I enter all that and a few seconds later, this card is also rejected! Long story short...we tried 5 credit cards in total (my sister's, my dad's and mine) all rejected!

Creo que fue una mala combinación, nosotros llegamos cansados del viaje, el hotel está en una zona MUY poco amigable para tener auto y ellos estaban molestos porque hicimos el checkin tarde (aunque cobraron su espera 20 euros extras). Llamamos desde el auto para informar que llegábamos tarde, el tráfico es terrible por las reparaciones en las calles, por lo que demoramos mas de 1 hora de lo que estimaba el GPS. Informaban que tenía parking gratis en las inmediaciones, pero la realidad que es imposible estacionar a menos de 10 cuadras, las calles están llenas las 24hs. Estuvimos mas de hora y media buscando dónde estacionar. La Wifi no funcionaba y al no haber responsables, así quedó hasta la mañana que llegaron (dueños/responsables), no tuvieron ninguna atención por no tener éste servicio disponible. Decía baño privado, pero no me quedó claro que estaba fuera de la habitación, con las incomodidades que ocasiona. Además, tenían problemas para cobrarnos con las tarjetas de crédito, por lo que tuvimos que ir a un cajero y pagar en efectivo.

The B&B is very clean. The location is also suitable for travelers using public busses. The owners are extremely nice and We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this B&B. value for money indeed!
