Check in disaster

Check in absolutely disaster. No one answered and had to stay outside in florence for an hour.

Didn’t like the lack of human interaction and the poor communication about check in time. We checked in online and the email said everything was complete and didn’t reference a time we could get in. We assumed we could get in whenever we got there (around 1pm). When we got there we couldn’t open the door to our room.
