Superb location and wonderful oasis of calm. Roof top bar is a delight with panoramic roofscape. Beautiful breakfast room and courtyard. Staff could not have been better either.

The room was gorgeous and the breakfast outstanding. All the breads and pastries made on site. They serve you coffee. Beautiful flowers in the main breakfast room. Our reception went smoothly which we appreciated since we were tired. A big shout out to AnaLisa on the staff for her correspondence and support.

At first impression, I wasn’t sure about the property. However, after three days, I came to feel that it was an absolutely perfect spot to stay in Florence. It’s charming, the staff is terrific and the location could not be better. In my opinion, it’s worth it to spend a few extra euros to get a room with a terrace. The terrace off my room was magical.

A gem of a boutique hotel in the heart of the old city. Any museum, shop, restaurant or gelateria you'd want to visit is almost certainly within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast is wonderful too. Hope to return soon.

I really can’t fault it- the breakfast is incredible too. If you are looking for something with character, fun and elegance this is it. We stayed in room #1 with two bath tubs and it was just a gorgeous room. No noise issues, great service, great location.

I had to change rooms after the first night but the staff were really great about that and I loved my new room. The staff are friendly, the decor is bohemian and fun, and the hotel is well located for shopping. The bar closes early and there is no dinning option except breakfast and coffee through the day.
