"There was a huge confusion upon check-in; hotel front desk manager was blaming Expedia for not paying them. He went on to demand I pay for the hotel stay immediately and provide another card. He mentioned they kept trying to charge the card on file and payment did not go through. after 30 minutes or so, he finally said everything looked fine after an update and provided the room key."

"I was very disappointed that the room did not have a microwave oven. The sink in the lav was too low also,and when I took a shower the water went from boiling hot to freezing cold without my help…..worst shower I’ve had in a hotel. Room 300 needs work!"

"Pros: The room comes with a kitchenette, which was very useful since we cooked our meals due to allergies. There was a Whole Foods market a few blocks away. Tip: Bring a sponge and a plastic ladle if you plan to cook, as these aren't provided Housekeeping staff cleaned our room daily & the staff were very responsive to our needs The Metro station was a few blocks away Cons: The television was pretty small and old, it was an analog TV with a blotchy reception. We got stuck in our room for an afternoon due to a storm, and the TV was pretty useless since it had very limited options with a bad reception. Our room didn't have a night light. This is an inconvenience, especially if you use the toilet at night. Most hotels have night lights, so please bring one if you plan to stay here. No laundry facility for guests. The hotel offers laundry services but it is very pricey. Please note that there are no public laundromats nearby. I used a local laundry service, but our laundry wasn't picked up. "
