We didn't want to leave
We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The manager, Monica, daughter of the owner, was great! She really cares about your experience there in the restaurant and the hotel as well. The wait staff was fabulous. The breakfast and evening dinner were both excellent. Watch out for the Nonna! Just kidding, she's feisty but cute. The views were amazing. We wish we had more time to use all of their amenities. The pool & hot tub were very clean & the grounds were beautiful. It is as good or better than the pictures you'll see online. We hope to return here next year! Arrivederci!

We had anniversary weekend with my husband and OMG this place is absolutely briliant, amazing, beautiful ♥️ . The food was so tasty, the view was sooo unbelievable. I was in the paradise. I highly recommend this hotel . Very warm greeting, very kind people. Thank you very much!!!

This was by far the best place we stayed at on our vacation. The panoramic view of Lake Iseo is incredible! We really enjoyed the jacuzzi, infinity pool, and the food. Breakfast was absolutely delightful! Thank you to our wonderful hosts who were so accommodating and welcoming. The owner moved her own car to give us a good parking spot. Would love to return here one day soon.

Lake iseo from up high
Lovely stay - choose a lake facing room with a balcony and it would be perfect. Great swimming pool and sunbathing area. Very peaceful and good food.

Fabulous views of the lake
The best thing about the hotel is the view of the lake which is amazing. The hotel itself is a bit quirky with a mixture of old and new decor. The self service breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant excellent, though pricey. Gorgeous infinity pool and gardens with lots of places to relax. No pool towels though which was a bit odd

The hotel was spectacular and the restaurant as well. The staff were the tops and everything was made easy by them. A tour of the grounds and meeting the friendly kittens are a must for all guests.

Fantastic views and friendly service
My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The views from the hotel and especially the dining room were breath taking. All staff from the cleaners to our host Monica were very polite and friendly. They were willing to help with any issues we had. The food was delicious. The bus services to the hotel are not regular at all so it is advisable to have a car or driver organized if staying there as taxis are very hard to get also. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

This is the most beautiful setting for any hotel that I have ever stayed in. The views of the lake are incomparable. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Every stay in Italy should finish with a night at the Panaramico

Everone was very nice. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi in our suit did not work. For the price we paid, it was expected that all will be perfect.

Great view but very small hotel room
As many folks already wrote, the view from the hotel is amazing. The hotel is a nice place to stay for few days but you always need a car because walking from the hotel to any other place is difficult (only on the street together with cars). From our point the hotel rate is overpriced, in particular for the size of the White Room which is very, very small. In addition, they charged us a very high price for an Aperol Spritz vs other premium locations in Italy (for instance Piazza del Campo in Siena). The owners are professional but we didn’t not really feel welcomed.

Outstanding views and food to match.
What a pleasant surprise in the middle of nowhere, high above the quiet side of Lake Iseo. Fantastic views from the bedroom and even better from the plate glass windowed restaurant. Dinner even more of a surprise with very high quality cuisine. On top of that, breakfast was outstanding with a yoghurt,apple and chocolate cake that was too good to rate.

Staff very friendly and make you feel at home. Room is clean and although nothing to write home about, the view makes it seem like a five star room.. if you can have a mess in the scenic restaurant, you will love it.

An amazing place you don't want to leave
The best place we've stayed in Italy during our 2 weeks road trip. The view is stunning, much more impressive than it is in the pictures. It's not necessary to take a room with the balcony because you can enjoy the views on the hotel territory which is pretty big and well-equipped: chairs, sunbeds with umbrellas and enough of privacy. There are also 3 lovely cats to make you a nice company :) You feel like you want to stay at the place as long as possible. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel restaurants also serves amazing food, a little bit pricy but totally worth it. We will definitively come back.

The hotel has beautiful views and the food from the restaurant is top notch, as were the provided breakfasts. The owner was extremely helpful when it came to dealing with local activity providers on our behalf too. Highly recommend this hotel.

View fantastic, room fantastic, location fantastic. Communication with staff was difficult. We were not sure of times and location for breakfast and there was no-one to ask. The lack of support for guest really over-shadowed what should and would have been a great little break overlooking Lake Iseo.

Super hotel with a fantastic view of the Lake Iseo. Clean rooms, comfortable and the same view. Downside was the restaurant closure during our one night stay, but the Albergo Poggio d'Oro, just 200 m down the road fed us well. Breakfast on the terrace in glorious sunshine got us ready for the day ahead.

The hotel is situated on the hill overlooking the lake and the mountains. You get a fantastic panoramic view, especially of the sunrise. The breakfast was great and the service. We didn't see much of the staff since you can enter the hotel via many doors. The rooms we had was a little dated but was comfortable and clean. It was cleaned everyday that we were there. The balcony gave us privacy and an excellent panoramic view again. The resteraunt serves food of a very high standard and is highly recommended.
