"My stay at the Hilton was absolutely excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and made check-in quick and seamless. The room was spotless and I really appreciated the staff reaching out via message to ensure everything was going well during my stay. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring New York City’s most famous attractions. This was my first stay at the Hilton and I will definitely be booking with them again. "Friendly front desk. Coffee station a plus. Lovely roof deak. The $0 pet policy is a rare find, and the reason we'll be back! Our room however (#1224) had a tiny window facing a brick wall. Our reservation was for a Superior Room with City View. And even if it wasn't, all of Expedia's photos showed floor-ceiling windows. So that was deceptive on their part. For one night, it was fine, and we took in the lovely view from the roof. Would stay again. "

"From when we checked in till now everything has been amazing.. The front desk, to the restaurant downstairs, to the door men.. Special shoutout to Rohet/carlos in the restaurant.. Then to Mohammed Hoque in room service.. to house cleaning who made this room VERY clean every time needed.. Can’t wait to come here again.."
