"The room smelled musty. It was humid and the shower water temp was not consistent. Breakfast food was OK. Omelette Station was nice. But thr biscuits and gravy tasted sour."

"There was a fan constantly running in the bathroom. The shower defaulted to the hand held unit so that when the water was turned on it sprayed all over the place until you could grab it. The shower curtain was placed outside the boundaries of the shower and it was a flat pan so there was nothing to stop the water from running all over the bathroom floor. There was no microwave, no coffee pot, no ice bucket or ice maker and no clock. Valet parking was 80.00 a night ,after all the taxes and service fees were added. We had to call downstairs to get ice delivered to the room. There was no breakfast included. If you wanted to eat in the hotel (to get around extra valet charges,) Junies was the only choice. Junies restaurant had no ice tea or Dr Pepper products. The menu was very limited and over priced for what was delivered. This is a beautiful hotel with serious underlying issues."

"We stay here frequently, beautiful place, great buffet style breakfast is included. Unfortunately, our last 2 stays the air-conditioning units say you can adjust, say the actual temperature that you want, but do not allow actual temperature adjustment for a cooler than about 72/74. After walking in the heat and drinking all day, Id like it cooler. I will look for other places to stay in the future."

"The is the best place to stay in Nashville. Walking distance to everything, away from Broadway crowds, has everything you need right in the hotel. Extremely comfy beds and pillows. Large bathroom. Amazing restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night food or drinks. Great bar. Beautiful fireplace sitting area in the lobby. Pool, hot tub, gym, and spa. Shops and connected to the country music museum. What more can you ask for?! Highly recommend!!"
