"This hotel has been a favorite for our Florida trip, and we plan to become regulars when we visit my parents. Breakfast is exceptional, as is the cleanliness, housekeeping, and staff. Our only comment is that the beds were a bit soft for our tastes (lower back issues), but everything was comfortable otherwise."

"We spent a week in Sarasota and were looking for a comfortable home for our family of four—close to downtown, St. Armands Circle, and the beaches.The home was extremely clean and well-maintained. It had a bright, open living area with a screened-in deck that was especially relaxing. Everything was well-labeled, from light switches to remote controls, which made settling in effortless. All the appliances were modern and worked flawlessly.When we arrived, we noticed a small issue with the thermostat. We reached out to the host, who responded within minutes and was kind, helpful, and quick to resolve the concern. We had no other issues during our stay.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—no noise problems at all. With three bedrooms, we had plenty of space to spread out. The master bathroom in particular looked recently renovated and was very nicely done.Overall, the home exceeded our expectations. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting Sarasota."

"This was a disaster booking. The week of travel we kept an eye open for directions of check-in. Delays in response to our emails! Stalling used by Travis! Upon arrival we received email that there were plumbing problems and it would not be available until Tuesday. This was on Saturday leaving us with no reservation for two (2) week stay. Then a couple days later, Andy, my husband, rode over to check on house. There were other renters in home. We were told by them that they came in Saturday evening. Yes, we got a complete refund after the fact; however this does not take away the awful start to our vacation, the stress and anxiety we were under trying to find a place us to stay!!The description is false. No swimming pool. "
