Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Double booked property

Host would not reply to any of my messages prior to arriving. Showed up and there were other people there who booked the same house on a different platform. Host will not issue a refund. Neither will VRBO. Just beware this host is double booking their property and not doing anything about it.
