"Being a first time to your Resort the Concierge wasn't helpful at all which was really disappointing . Your staff in the resort was amazing as . they helped us direct us and explain everything i cannot fault them at all very good . I went back the next day and the concierge was very helpful wasn't he some one maybe something you could follow up on as i wouldn't someone else experiencing that at such a gorgeous 5 star resort"

"No smart TV so we couldn't watch Netflix etc only free to air. Mid week refresh of the apartment was minimal. Linens only, no cleaning or top ups of essentials like garbage bin bags. The heated pool was excellent."

"Stayed 4 nights in a one-bedroom pool view apartment on the second floor. Spacious, clean, well-appointed apartment with a large private balcony. Everything we needed for a comfortable, quiet stay and self-catered for most meals. Loads of restaurants and groceries within easy walking. Beach is a 5 min walk from property. Fantastic pool area and gardens. Some of the décor/furniture is getting dated but is kept in good condition. Unfortunately, the window blind in the bedroom of our apartment was not a blackout, may not be a problem for other rooms."

"There is no better location in Port Douglas . Our room overlooked the beautiful beach and we could walk everywhere to shops and restaurants. The room is spacious with simple furniture but a comfy bed. The property is due to a renovation but I have no regrets since we had a wonderful time. Please note that if you are arriving after 6pm you will find no one at this place . Let them know ahead of time. This happened to us since we arrived at 9pm under aim to find the place closed and not a single person around . After calling the after hours number someone came down and helped us. It is a bit strange not to have hotel staff after 6pm… Regardless of the above mentioned, this place suited our lifestyle since we were not looking for a resort experience full of people instead we enjoyed our quaint fresh breakfast overlooking a pristine beach , morning walks and walks to amazing local restaurants and shops. Will stay there again , location, location, location !"
