Killas Cottage is a charming traditional cottage conveniently located in the heart of Fowey, tucked away on a small road behind Fore Street and only a minute's walk to the stunning River Fowey. The property is set over three floors and has been stylishly furnished throughout in a modern style whilst retaining some of the original character of the property, making it a cosy and welcoming base to return to after a day exploring the local area. There is a cosy woodburner in the living room and a small enclosed courtyard area complete with seating and a BBQ.

Size : Sleeps 4 in 3 bedrooms.
Beds : 1x super kingsize (6' zip and link, can be unlinked to create 3' twin beds upon request at the time of booking), 1x double (4'6"), 1x single.
Rooms : Ground floor living room, kitchen/diner, shower room. First floor super kingsize bedroom (zip and link), single bedroom, bathroom. Third floor double bedroom.
Kitchen and utilities : Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Bluetooth Speaker.
Entertainment : TV, woodburner.
For families : None provided.
Outside : A raised, sun-trap terrace at the rear accessed by metal steps with garden furniture and barbecue – ready for Summer 2021 .
Parking : No private parking but public car park nearby.
General :  Free WiFi provided. Central heating. Bed linen and towels provided.
Pets : 1 pet welcome - please note you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
Accessibility : Property set over three floors with steep stairs on each level with good handrails.
