"clean room ,wifi and walkable to downtown"

"We stayed in the Big Horn room. It was very clean the shower pressure was great. There are two beds in the room. It would be great for a family with small children. We were not able to take advantage of the fire pit area because of the weather but would have weather permitting. The location is great not far from Helen and hiking areas. Would definitely stay there again. "

"It was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet! If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to Helen but not right on the strip, this would be the place to go!! It isn't a big chain hotel, so there aren't people running up and down the hallways. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!! "

"This was the ideal staycation of all staycation. I felt the slightest twinge of guilt having the place all to ourselves on the weekend before it all gets incredibly busy, but I got over that real quick. Sorry, not sorry, we lucked out. This was dreamy from decorations to decor to ambience: 1. Gorgeous inside & out 2. The most impressive little touches of love and care and hospitality all over the place, too many to count, you'll have to go see for yourself. 3. Close to outdoor adventure, not to mention a trail on property and our room overlooking a waterfall mere steps away. 4. Provisions for smores, snacks left out for us, the cleanest rooms ever. 5. And a book with a bunch of local things to do which were plenty, including G.O.A.T & Lady Bug Landing;) so precious & fun! The staff was very conscientious and helpful, most definitely coming back!"
