"The pictures on the website were frustratingly deceptive. General they showed the room, however the rooms did not live up. The view of the parking lot and office were disappointing compared to the mountains in the pictures. The heater and the fireplace in our room did not work. Maintenance tried to fix them with no luck. In addition to the heater being out, there were no extra blankets and the “blanket” on the bed was very thin and not much help as the 1st night cooled off. It was fine, however I will likely not stay there again."

"I was disappointed there was no coffee available until 7 am, being from the East Coast I woke up early and had to go off-site. I did try the coffee for my 2nd cup and it was marginal. There is very little lobby area but the location on Washington Avenue is good."
