Super , restful, hotel staff amazing, food interesting.

Very beautiful hotel with a lot of character and design ( maybe even too much) beautiful location, outstanding spa, innovative restaurant . Great access with puclic transportation from anywhere in Switzerland.

Amazing place!

Superb service and very new, well thought through designs.

Nice hotel in Thun

Hotel location is perfect

Location is extremely good - overlooking the river and mountains. Service is very good in the room and outside (reception, lobby, restaurant etc) Rooms are big and comfortable. Bathroom is big and has everything what one needs. Breakfast is also very good. Covid passport is required at the checkin. Free public transport ticket is provided.

Room condition and the view from terrace was fantastic. And the restaurant on first floor was also definitely what I would recommend. The waiter and waitress were a bit clumsy with their service though, overall I would stay this hotel again!

Great service both at hotel and restaurant. Spacious, clean, tasteful room with great view. Some noise from the street Monday morning. Location very convenient for hikes and excursions around.

This hotel delivered on what was promised. It isnt a 5 star hotel, but the room was clean and we had an amazing view of the matterhorn from our balcony. The rooms were clean, the breakfast which was included was great and the staff went out of their way to help us out even though we donàt speak the language. If you want something affordable, close to the main street yet quiet facing the Matterhorn, then this is a perfect spot. Again, it is not fancy, but we wanted a clean and convenient place to...

Місцева кухня, гарне розташування біля підйомника, нові номери.
