"We loved our stay. The hotel was super clean, the staff was very friendly, and the room was very nice. Breakfast was not included. We paid for it one day and it was your basic hotel breakfast, but very expensive. The service for it was excellent though. The mattress was very thin and hard, but we did not mind sleeping in it since everything else was exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"The team member upgraded our stay from a standard room to a family suite which was a nice surprise. I have stayed at two other "value" resorts at Universal Orlando, but this is by far my favorite. Hard to beat the fun retro theme! "
