"Great service and amenities. The outdoor pool area was very nice and clean. Did not have breakfast there but everything else is very convenient and close to the park for a great price highly recommend."

"The room was very nice, clean upon arrival and seemed well maintained. Parking costs were high and an added expense that was hidden in the fine print. Food was below average and would compare to highschool cafeteria level quality but at theme park resort prices. Even the pancakes and pizza were pretty rough to get down. Room service was mid. I had a bunch of trash that I put in a shopping bag from souvenir shopping and I found a large trash bag left next to it upon entering the room. One day two of the three beds were made but not the third one. Towels were refilled but not other toiletries. Had to call for toilet paper and soap. The pool was nice but with no staff activities my kids found the resort to be overall boring."

"The sheets and shower were dirty. The door between our room and the next had a huge gap so we could hear their tv all night. The elevators creaked and jolted. The luggage cart we used was broken. And we were charged some random fee even though we had prepaid."

"The pictures on the website don’t accurately represent the property’s physical condition. Upon entering our room, we noticed a potential mold smell. The room was only partially clean, prompting us to call maintenance for two separate issues. Additionally, the towels had hair on them. I suspect the property underwent rapid renovations, which is evident from the tub’s sinking sensation. The paint job is appalling. Considering the great location and friendly staff, I would rate this property a 2 out of 10. However, it urgently needs significant updates."

"Coco is a pretty property and in a semi walkable area. The only complaint would be the food. The choices were limited so we ate elsewhere most of the time"

"Room was great we got the biggest room they had which I suggest not much more money every thing was close we also ate mushrooms which I don’t suggest cause we got lost just going across the street and couldn’t find the hotel for over a hour but we had a great trip lol and great stay "
