This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I greatly enjoy it. It is the hotel that I will always stay at when visiting Universal Studios in Orlando. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and so nice to use. Parking is simple. The pool and the rooftop view is gorgeous. The absolute place to stay.

The good: The room was clean, and it ir very close from Universal. The bad: There is a strong smell from the restaurant located in the lobby that affects the lobby and elevators They only service the room every 3 days The parking lot is too small for the size of the hotel, when full you have to park at a different parking lot close to tbe hotel (walking distance)
