The room was very comfortable. Beds and pillows were really nice. This property was close to Universal Studio Theme parks which was convenient. The only issue we had was just asking for more towels for our room of four. When it came to breakfast, there’s a nice little coffee stand downstairs and a little grab and go area but no free breakfast buffet.

The staff seemed detached from the guest. Rooms are nice and clean and it’s a quick Lyft to Universal. Wasn’t a fan of the pool area or bar and the unique techno loud music.

The location is great, and the hotel looks good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that the surrounding area can be quite noisy at night. The hotel is close to a Walgreens, and you can sometimes hear people talking or arguing in the parking lot, which can be disturbing, especially at night.

Clean room. Friendly staff. There was a huge palmetto bug / roach in the room. The room wasn’t ready until after 4pm. The convenience of location was probably the reasoning of the price. Parking minimal.

The property is close to Universal, clean, and modern. The price was good and parking was free. We booked it based on the beautiful pool picture and we were very disappointed when we got back from the parks to see the pool is only open until 6pm! Who has a rooftop pool that isn’t open at night?! We did not try the restaurant or lounge but the curry smelled really good, if you like curry. Would we stay again? Maybe.

Conveniently located just a 6-minute drive or a 20-minute walk from Universal Studios, this hotel is an excellent choice for couples, solo travelers, or a girls’ or guys’ trip. The property features two restaurants, including an Indian restaurant conveniently located next to the lobby, as well as a rooftop nightlife venue—perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the evening without having to go far.

I have to say our bed was made every day with fresh linen, our bath towels and wash cloths were stocked daily, and facial wipes were stocked daily. However, our greeting was met by a scowling front desk attendant, the room had a slight smell of mildew, the paint was peeling off the shower floor, and parking was limited—and even worse at night with the roof top club. Overall, I’d rate the stay 2.5/5.
