The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. The hotel location is great! Close to the mall, lots of did options in the area, and close to Universal and International Drive area. Will definitely stay here again!

As you walk in you are mesmerized with art, very luxurious lobby, nice bar area. We had dinner and ordered chicken Cesar and flatbread. Bartender was very nice. We were there in New Year’s Eve. The room is clean, smelled fresh, loved the bed very comfortable.

Our overall stay was acceptable but it missed a few hotel fundamentals that you would expect a Florida hotel to have. Such as early check-in, gift shop, arcade & more. Especially it being a well known hotel name. Most of the staff that my family & I spoke with were friendly & professional. The room was spacious and their restaurant food was decent. Even so, sadly I don't think we'll be returning to this hotel in the future.

I love how close it is to Universal Studios. I also appreciate all the different shopping and dining options. The hotel is welcoming, modern decor, friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast is also included (I did not get to eat there, but it is available).
