"The pool, bowling alley & arcade were great! Loved having a Starbucks on site. They had a hard time keeping the soda machines stocked but the food was good overall. The tacos at the Atomic Grill were great. It was a nice place to stay and would stay again when we go to Universal."

"The hotel was very good and clean. The closeness to Universal was very helpful. A little disappointing the fact that the parking payment needed to be done separately and the staff member that checked us in the evening was indifferent and not welcoming. "

"The property was nowhere worth what we paid for one night even in peak season. Cherry on top: Michael from lost and found stole my $300 cologne and said they discard liquids from found items. But returned all the other liquids that was in my "lost" cosmetics bag."
