Great, clean, comfortable place to spend the night. A very homey, comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring. It is definitely basic so if you are looking for something fancier than this is not the place for you but we enjoyed two lovely nights in this clean and simple B&B.

There is nothing really wrong besides the small size. You have to back in to use the toilet. Sink is a quarter size. Room is not roomy. Good walking distance to everything you want in Galway. Lots of parking. Nice people.

Great location a few blocks from downtown Galway. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with lots of other guest houses. The staff was kind, the breakfast was lovely. Free parking in front. The room was bland, no art, no furnishings, filled with beds of all sizes. As many as could fit.

The bedroom was minute and part was sectioned off to provide en suite facilities. No plug in handbasin and I could barely move in the shower cubicle. Breakfast was very good indeed and staff were helpful and friendly. Off street parking available but limited.

The breakfast was fantastic. We have come to expect poor breakfast options at accommodations when we travel, so we usually eat elsewhere. We ate elsewhere the first morning and were sorely disappointed; the second morning we let Four Seasons serve us and we were VERY pleasantly surprised. Fresh eggs, prepared to order, and prepared well (custom omelets, scrambled, fried), freshly prepared mixed fruit, fresh coffee, and assorted other items: yogurt, cereal, breads… Our room was tiny, we were tripping over each other snd our luggage, but clean. The location was convenient to the coach station and an easy walk to Eyre Square and Galways shopping and nightlife area. Would stay there again, if only for the breakfast!

This property is in a great location and having parking is a bonus. The breakfast is excellent and the service wonderful. The room is very small with not much room for suitcases and the plumbing really needs some attention. However would stay again for the location and breakfast.

Not much space for 4 people, maybe ok for 2 people. A wardrobe is not comfortable to use. Toilet flush works funny. Overall ok to stay for a night, but wouldn’t stay there for a long vacation. Was pleased to see that shampoo etc was provided.

Poor accomodation centrally based
Good location but expensive for a very basic, very small room. Decor was very tired. Shower was poor. Paper thin walls offered very little privacy. By far the poorest accomodation of our trip to Ireland yet one of the most expensive.

Place is tiny. Would be perfect for one but incredibly small for two tall people. Location was wonderful, room was clean, owner was lovely. Tv didn’t work in the room and no Wi-Fi. Offstreet parking was a big plus.

The room was tiny and very basic. The shower and toilet was only 2 foot wide..600mm for the metric people. Not worth the money... only saving grace was the breakfast was fabulous and friendly service.

Avoid; refused to refund due to COVID
Avoid. In Jan, I scheduled an 18 day trip to occur in Aug (for this hotel, I made a non-refundable reservation because who expected COVID?). Then COVID struck. My airfare was cancelled and the government required self-quarantine for 14 days, so even if I magically teleported into Ireland from the US, I could not have legally used this reservation. I communicated this to the hotel on at least 5 different occasions, to be ignored/rebuffed each time that it would not refund me or provide a credit. In my opinion, this hotel does not honor the concept of good faith, fair dealing, common sense, or "force majeure" events. I made a reservation in good faith in Jan, and due to events outside my control, was legally/logistically unable to utilize my reservation. This hotel was clearly more concerned with taking my $122 instead of providing acceptable customer service and honoring good faith and fair dealing. Every other hotel on my trip provided me with refunds or credits for my non-refundable reservations, so it was clearly possible; it was a personal choice to pocket my money without providing me the service that it bargained to provide. I feel cheated, mistreated, and taken advantage of. I did everything I could within my power and the hotel preferred to profit from my $122. To the hotel I say, I hope that $122 was worth it. If my review can spare future visitors from suffering this same fate from your establishment, than it was well-worth exposing the truth.

Really disappointed with the B&B. Reached out to them to discuss reservation as could not use booking due to Covid quarantine issues. I just wanted to see if it was possible to move the reservation in these unprecedented times (not refund). Absolutely no response. Not even to say it wasn't possible. Very disappointing that they couldn't be bothered to communicate anything. Understand its a difficult time but I visit Galway often and so any sort of business sense would dictate the benefits of at least having a conversation.

Very cute bed and breakfast about a 15 min walk from town so easy to get around!! Great breakfasts in the morning as well and the woman working at the front desk was very kind! Would stay here again

Nice little B&B in a row of B&Bs on College Street. Very nice staff. Good Breakfast. quite close to the bus and train stations. Good pubs nearby. Very minor matter: had the smallest TV screen in our room of any I have ever seen!
