Amazing Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo

Only families. Seafront. The Bermudas apartment has a privileged location as it is located on the first line of the beach with direct access to the beach. Between the sand and the complex, you will find a pedestrian walkway where you can enjoy the tranquillity provided by the sound of the sea. With direct sea views from its glazed terrace, you will contemplate a panoramic view of the seafront promenade. We recommend that you do not miss a sunrise, it is an unforgettable spectacle. The brand new complex has an overflowing pool, solarium, tennis and paddle. And now, your stay will be even more pleasant on the hottest days with the new CENTRALISED AIR CONDITIONING installation and on the coldest days, with CENTRAL HEATING.

Gandia beach has blue flags that guarantee the quality of its waters and beach services throughout the year.

If you want to enjoy water sports in the sea, you have a multi-water sports school a few metres from the apartment during the summer season. At the school, you can enjoy windsurfing, catamaran, kayak, PaddleSurf, etc. classes.

You can also learn sailing at the Gandia Sailing Club in the nautical club area of Gandia beach.

But if you are into Running, Gandia beach has a fully renovated path for runners and bicycles (if you do not have a bicycle, Gandia beach has a municipal service at your disposal). Or you can also opt for a rewarding walk along the beach, it has 3 km of beach from the apartment to Xeraco beach and 3 km from the apartment to the nautical club.

La Calidad de los materiales utilizados (suelo, duchas, electrodomésticos). Las vistas espectaculares, los colchones, las toallas, la cocina tan bién equipada (aunque no haya hecho ni una sola comida, pero había p.e. 3 diferentes tipos de cafetera), la piscina y desde luego la playa a pocos metros del edificio. No se me ocurre nada!

En la familia tenemos un problema de salud que nos obliga a una serie de adaptaciones en nuestra estancia y, como siempre, todo el equipo de Apartamentos Gandía ha estado a la altura volcándose con nosotros y ayudándonos en todo lo posible y más. ¡Muchas gracias por todo, Gregorio y resto de familia! El apartamento tiene una vistas inmejorables y la situación es perfecta. Todo perfecto, es un apartamentos muy cómodo y con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Solo por aportar algo que no tiene ninguna importancia pero que se podría mejorar, los grifos de los lavabos eran demasiado voluminosos.

Apartamento excelente en la mejor zona de Gandia

Apartamento perfectamente renovado, con todas las facilidades necesarias para una estancia cinco estrellas. Ubicación excelente, a pie de playa y con restaurantes, supermercados a un par de minutos andando. Magnífico apartamento

El apartamento es estupendo, muy buena distribución, las camas muy cómodas, limpieza y orden, toallas, sábanas y menaje perfecto, las vistas impresionantes, me encantó el sistema de ventanas de la terraza ya que al estar en una planta alta no había sensación de calor. Magnífica atención por parte de Pablo, agradecerle su buena disposición y amabilidad. Me ha encantado la situación, con todos los servicios cerca, la zona de piscina estupenda, todo muy limpio y bien atendido. Eché en falta unas papeleras en los baños.

Unas vacaciones geniales.

Apartamento de lujo, fabuloso y precioso.

Todo. Ubicación, calidades del apartamento, decoración, zonas comunes... Lo único que mejoraría serían las ventanas, ya que, a veces, se oye mucho el ruido de la gente en la calle hasta ciertas horas de la noche.
