"I had booked a king room but was given a double queen. The door to the room was out of alignment so you had to shoulder it open and closed. The shower handle to regulate temperature was loose so you had to hold onto the handle with one hand and wash with the other. That was quite a scene. The front desk sent the maintenance man to the room but he was unable to solve either issue. He said he would document my situations"

"The night manager was wonderful and very responsive. She personally came to remedy the problem. Here is what happened...We checked in late to our room and unfortunately, housekeeping didn't clean our room. When my son was getting ready to go to sleep, he noticed the sheets were soiled. We also noticed that used towels were still hanging from the hooks."

"We’re up in Rochester quite a bit visiting our son, who is in school there. This is a super easy, doesn't break the bank hotel. It’s clean, safe, and comfortable and the staff takes pride in every facet of the hotel. It’s super close to everything! We’ve stayed here several times now and the experience is consistent. "

"Only stayed at the property for one night. Everything was perfect, breakfast was good,etc. Will definitely stay at the property again soon."

"I was overcharged. I paid through the hotels app and then the facility charged my card again. When I contacted the facility I kept getting past over to the next shift with no resolution. Also I texted the facility and no response back. First room we were put in there was no electricity in the room. Second room I was moved to there was feces in the toilet. There were also mice in the lobby. I would not recommend staying here."

"Elevators broke no hot tub listed but was broken ! View of the parking lot and it was during a really heart breaking time dso disappointed !! "

"This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at hotel staff was not helpful. On the site it says they serve breakfast but when I got there, there’s a sign saying breakfast has been discontinued. That’s false advertising. I stayed for 2 days and staff didn’t change my linens. They didn’t even have forks when I ordered takeout. It was just a bad experience overall"
