"The property was perfect for a family of four. The two young adults each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The master suite was larger with an updated bathroom. All of the rooms had smart tvs. The basement with the pool, gym, and steam room were a very nice amenity. The location is very convenient to everything in the St. Germain des pres area. Lots of great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. A great place to stay on a visit to Paris."

"Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir eine nur oberflächlich gereinigte Wohnung vor. Die Fotos entsprechen nur kaum der Realität. Im Wohnzimmer hing die Haushaltswäsche zum Trocknen und sorgte für Pfützen auf dem Fußboden, verbunden mit einer extrem hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit. Einzelne Steckdosen waren nicht mehr in der Wand sondern hingen an ihren Kabeln aus der Wand. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig und dreckig.Die Schränke waren nicht nutzbar, da sie nicht gut gereinigt und die Schranktüren nicht zu öffnen...

"It's a beautiful miniature townhouse on a gated street, about a 2 block walk from a convenient Metro stop (Nation, with 1, 2, 6, and 9). Each room is on a separate floor with basement pull out sofa/bed and washer/dryer (which was the best we've ever had in Europe), ground floor LR and kitchen, and upstairs bedroom and bath. "Stay was good, great location to Luxembourg park which is beautiful! Property was clean and communication was always prompt. A bit smaller than I thought but it worked great for 3 of us. The only issue was the ac, it’s not the a/c we have in America. It’s fans that you refill with water and have to refreeze ice packs. The upstairs room is too hot to be comfortable during 85 degree weather, and no where else to sit while you open windows and wait for the room to cool off. I slept with windows...

"It was extremely hot in Paris. We were on the ground floor with only one fan for the upstairs bed. With the floor to ceiling windows in the front, anyone could have climbed in. Couldn't find the sheets for the sofa bed. It started thundering and raining during the night and got me wet because the windows had to be open or we would have suffocated. We closed the windows and suffered through the heat."

"The apartment its really bad. The bed its hard and very unconfourtable. The pillows also. The bathroom very small and in bad shape. Its very cold. Have 2 dangerous stairs that are worst than in a boat. Also the owner charged us an extra for a broken lock that wasnt broked by us. He blame us for something it wasnt truth and that the housekeeper suposesly said. He is a lier and a very bad hoster. Dont stay here."

"this was a unique and wonderful property in a great area. the owner was so accommodating and helpful, with recommendations for everything from nail salons to restaurants. she even above and beyond in helping to retrieve my daughter's most special stuffed animal when it was accidentally left behind. the only issue that keeps this place from getting a perfect rating is the beds. one was a fold-out couch, two were as thin and lumpy as futons. the pillows were thin. but as i've said, everything else...
