"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "Die Wohnung ist direkt am Strand und dazu gibt es einen Parkplatz, was super war, da einen Parkplatz zu finden in der Gegend sehr schwer war.Zusätzlich gab es noch einen Aufzug ,sodass wir nicht die Treppen hoch laufen mussten bis zum Dachgeschoss."

"This apartment is in a fantastic location right next to the promenade and beach in old town Nice. The location is unbeatable! The apartment was very clean and nicely renovated. The air conditioning was amazing for the hot summer days. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Bon déjà j’ai pas séjourner dans le même logement qui est sur les photos Il a eu un soucis des travaux donc l’autre ma pas convenu et puis la personne a fait très vite maximum pour gérer un autre endroit ressemblant Donc pour moi je m’y attendais pas à ça mais ils sont tout fait pour régler super vite et que je reste satisfaite "

"This was the perfect apt right at the edge of old town and the public beach is a 4 minute walk. Beautiful view from the balcony (turn left ) and the apt was clean and comfortable . Air conditioning kept us cool.Our host met us, recommended things to do and made check in and out so easy. Even drove us to the airport when our Uber cancelled . We will be back !Merci !!"
