"The location is incredible right next to Buckingham Fountain and Millenium Park. Pretty much walk to everything. The building is older, but for the price it is a great value. It's all about location and reasonable pricing. No frills."

"Anytime my wife and I need a little weekend getaway, we are headed to the Blue Chip Casino. The vibe was great. The food at the steakhouse was delicious. The room was top notch."

"This is a low-frills place to stay. About 1/4 of the cost of traditional hotels in central Chicago. Very limited food on site, but many sources nearby. Shared bathrooms are the rule in hostels. I paid 1/5 of the cost at the event hotel attached to my meeting at McCormick place. Considerable night sleeping in the shadows on adjacent streets."
